Welcome to Studyware ("we", "us", "our"). By purchasing from or using studyware.site or our Shopee store, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. What we sell

We sell access to digital subscriptions and accounts (such as AI, design, and productivity tools). Products are digital and delivered electronically — no physical item is shipped.

2. Orders & delivery

• After payment, your account details are delivered automatically, usually within minutes, to the email and/or claim page tied to your Order ID.
• You are responsible for keeping your Order ID and login details safe.
• If you do not receive your order, contact us via live chat and we will resolve it promptly.

3. Acceptable use

• Use the account only for lawful, personal purposes.
• Do not resell, publicly share, or redistribute the credentials we provide.
• Do not change recovery details (email, phone, password) on shared accounts unless we tell you to — doing so may void your warranty and end your access.
• Abuse, fraud, or chargeback attempts may result in immediate termination without refund.

4. Warranty

Each account is covered for the full duration you purchased. If an account stops working through no fault of yours during that period, we will repair or replace it. See our Refund & Warranty Policy for details.

5. Pricing & payment

Prices are listed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and may change at any time. Payment is processed by trusted third-party providers; we never store your full card details.

6. Limitation of liability

Our products are provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the affected order. We are not liable for any third-party platform's changes, outages, or policy decisions.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version always applies and is posted on this page.
