Every account is covered for the full duration you purchased. If something stops working, we replace it fast — no fuss. Because these are digital goods, we don't offer cash refunds once an order is delivered; instead we keep your account working for your whole period.
1. Warranty coverage
Your account is warranted for the entire duration you paid for (for example, a 1-month purchase is covered for the full month). If the account stops working during that period through no fault of your own, we will fix or replace it at no extra cost.
2. How to claim warranty
- Message us on live chat (12PM–12AM daily) with your Order ID and a short description of the issue.
- We'll verify and send a working replacement as quickly as possible — usually the same day.
3. Refunds
Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, all sales are final and non-refundable once the order has been delivered/claimed. Instead of refunds, we protect you with our full-duration warranty and fast replacements.
If an order was paid but not yet delivered and cannot be fulfilled, you are of course entitled to a full refund of that order.
4. What's not covered
- Issues caused by changing the account's email, password, or recovery details against our instructions.
- Sharing or reselling the credentials, or breaking the platform's own rules.
- Bans or limits caused by your own misuse.
- Choosing the wrong product — please check details before buying (we're happy to advise on chat first).
5. Shopee orders
If you bought through our Shopee store, Shopee's own buyer-protection and refund process also applies, alongside the warranty above.
